Helios XFormer Instructor Training is a 3 day, application based program designed to prepare participants to confidently and safely teach on the XFormer. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive an XFormer Instructor Certification through Helios.

Friday July 31 – Sunday August 2, 2026
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily (includes a one-hour lunch break)
Location: Helios Scottsdale
Price: $1,250

Preferred Candidate Background

• Fitness, movement, wellness, or athletic background
• Prior teaching or coaching experience preferred, but not required
• Consistent experience taking XFormer, Lagree, or reformer Pilates classes

• Must live in Phoenix Metropolitan Area to be considered.
• Instructor Training is application based and space is limited.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Completion of the training does not guarantee employment with Helios.
• Accepted applicants will receive payment instructions upon acceptance.
